“We are extremely pleased with the work done at our home by Baer Homes. Caleb was thorough and attentive to detail from the very first meeting. One extra step he took during the bid process was to have his subcontractors come to the site to evaluate the scope of the work. At that time many quirks and hidden challenges were discovered, and the bid was computed accordingly. The final bill was amazingly close to that initial bid. Caleb also manages the scheduling of the subcontractors very efficiently, and there was rarely a day that work was not being done here. Above all these points is beautiful work in building a new kitchen. Every person involved was highly skilled and pleasant to have in our home. Without hesitation, I would contract with Baer Homes again.”

""We had a great experience working with Baer Homes on our laundry room and bathroom renovation. Caleb listened carefully to what we were hoping for in our new rooms and then found a way to make it happen. He came up with great ideas to maximize the space while still making it look beautiful. We are thrilled with the end product, but also with the experience. Home renovations can be stressful, but instead this was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish. The entire crew was a pleasure to work with. They were kind, courteous, hardworking and trustworthy. We are so glad we partnered with Baer Homes and will not hesitate to recommend them to others in the future.

""“Like most homeowners, we didn’t realize the level of complexity involved in a major home renovation. Between the vision and the final product are hours of preparation, planning and skilled professional work. It is when you’re in the midst of a project like this that you realize how thankful you are to be partnered with Caleb and his crew at Baer Homes. Most would point out his meticulous attention to detail or the craftsmanship and care he puts into each step along the way. And while these were evident in the final product, what was most valuable to us was working with a contractor who was honest, trustworthy, transparent and who cared deeply about the work he left behind as a testament to his reputation. This peace of mind was tremendously valuable.”
